    MenuBar is a small program utility that sits at the top of your computer screen. This gives you access to all your favorite shortcuts to files, folders, programs, and web pages. MenuBar was designed to 'Makes computer life better'. With only two clicks of your mouse button you have your file or folder open. No more going to the desktop, or the Start menu or favorites.
Always on top:
MenuBar sites at the top of the screen giving you access to it all the time because is it an always on top program. Meaning it stays on top of the other open program.

Up to 3 MenuBars:
MenuBar allows for up to 3 MenuBars to be showing at one time. This gives you the flexibility to organize your shortcuts how you want.

Easy to use interface:
MenuBar is an easy to use program. Allowing users to easily manipulate the content that they have stored in each MenuBar. MenuBar also give the user the drag and drop feature. This makes it evan easier to add your shortcuts.

Startup Position:
MenuBar allows for the user to set where it resides at the top of the screen.

Color Scheme:
MenuBar lets the user decide what colors they want for the background and text.

Transparency:
The user can set the transparency from 10% - 100%. (not really useful, but cool)
